Transformers 3 Review!

Transformers - dark of the moon
Hooray!
Watched it on the first day of their official release! With no hassle buying the tickets whatsoever... Actually, I'm rather surprised that my local cinema is rather... empty?

Well what can i say... You just have to give a 10/10 marks for the CG they made in this movie — Everything literally looked so real / blended-in... But yeah, technology changes every second, this would probably be the best CG ever made for the time being... Makes me wonder how would I look at this movie 10 years later.

On the other hand, the story line turns me on quite well. Read along if you wanna know, but it CONTAINS SPOILER.
/start
Michael Bay really did well in convincing me this time, the whole Apollo gone dark on the moon for 24 minutes issue that has been re-written here really fits into reality. And that bad guy who tried to teleport his whole planet here to "enslave" humans to "fix" his home planet really pushes my imagination on how doomsday will happen if aliens conquered earth. Apocalypse has just grown bigger in size, compared to a tsunami lol. ( ...Which i think is kinda like a bullshit lol, won't 2 planet collides and explodes if he brought it too close to each other? :\ )
/end
Highlight to read it :D

And yes you guessed it right — Linkin Park will still be playing in one of their tracks... Just less screaming this time. which i really missed it :(

“Transformers: Dark of the Moon”, starring Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Kevin Dunn, Julie White, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich, Ken Jeong, Patrick Dempsey, Alan Tudyk, John Turturro and Leonard Nimoy, hitting cinemas on June 29th, 2011. And remember: It’s “Dark of the Moon”, not “Darkside of the Moon”. I wonder why did I remembered it darkside... Is my mind playing tricks on me or do you guys have it too? :D

Opening a Ramune bottle.

ラムネ!
Ramune, known for it's distinctive glass bottle design which really fries my brain on figuring how to hope the damn cap. Ends up that you don't twist the cap to open, you must push the marble down with a plastic tube they provided with it.

Tho drinking it is quite interesting cause you have to do it in a certain angle or the marble will roll back to the top, blocking the liquid's flow. Took me awhile to figure out that the dent they made over there, it helps preventing the ball to roll straight back up.

So what happens after you finish up the water? Dispose it?
Interesting how human can be so curious.
What happen next is that usually everyone will get fascinated by that shiny looking marble rolling around the the bottle while you're drinking. In my case, yes, I'm very, very desperate to take it out.

So i spend half an hour trying to twist that damn lid with my hand.
And while doing it i remembered I saw that there is some instruction manual drawn on the bottle saying that if you want to remove the lid so desperately, you have to use a bottle opener to do so.

And I did follow the instructions... for this time. And the bottle turns out like this.
skewed.
And then, deep down inside my heart there's a ego down there saying that this bottle is gonna best you and there is nothing intelligent you can do to out win it.

And so i ignored it for awhile, and...

victory.
Justice never falls.
That's your proof on brute force > intelligent.

I've completely killed the cap
There's the evil little marble :D

So, dose anyone has a better idea on how to open a ramune bottle?

Review / Green Lantern ( movie )

In brightest day, in blackest night, No evil shall escape my sight.Let those who worship evil’s might, Beware my power… Green Lantern’s light!

Ryan Reynolds!

Another superhero in skin-tights suits! And out of all color... He has to be GREEEEEEN!!

And that outfit... that masquerade-like eye-mask which can hide your identity? Aww c'mon. I mean hey, are his friends all... dumb? By just covering his eyes and you don't recognize him anymore?

And so, after spending nearly 2 hours in the cinema, i learned that this movie is talking about... All you need is a green ring given you by the gods and, some imagination, a great deal of will power with a pair of balls made of steel.
Then you are a great superhero.

Seeing so many superheroes movies are being filmed and brought to the big screen recently... I don't think I'll be looking forward to the squeal for this movie... Even tho' they teased me a little bit after the credits rolled : |

Speaking of which, out of so many DC comics superhero movies, which one you guys fancy most?
The Dark Knight's Joker, anyone? :D

comic version
And yes i like Ryan Reynolds :)

Melacca trip! ♪

A Melacca trip!
Finally... after 21 years of living!! I've visited Melacca for the first time...!!
It's a town surrounded by histories, preserved since the day before I'm born, those magnificent retro-Chinese themed buildings, Gothic-looking church painted in red and so much more!♥
bla bla bla bla. I never forget i disliked history ever since the age of 13 still'

Pleasant view, I must say.

The Red Church.

Did i mentioned that the cake they have over there is pretty good? :)
Somewhere around the Makhota Parade, lies a little cake shop — Nadeje Cake House

I'd say their cake is pretty damn good, even for someone who don't really fancy dining experience, me, finds that this cake is really something you don't get to find elsewhere.

4 flavours — Banana, Original, Mango and Green tea.
Mine's mango :D
The 20-layered crepe cake!
too bad it's delicious, yet fattening...

To know more about this cake shop, here's the address.
G-23 & 25, Jalan PM 4,
Plazza Mahkota, 75000 Melaka.

...Yum :9

in Full House.

Finally!! A dork like me I get to have a dine in the infamous cafe
— Full House!
Such fancy restaurant people around me keep blogging / facebooking / talking / ranting / singing about...

But that was before!!

Today, I finally dine in with bunch of my mates and my dearest darling. And yeah they're quite a concept restaurant you won't see often. Aside from selling food and chomps, they do sell some garments and accessories too!

Quite a nice spot to date, tbh :)

...
Oh yeah and i got a diet meal on my table :D

the salad salmon... something something...

Tadahhh.
It's Salad salmon something something.
I like salmon so yeah ♥
And did I mentioned that I hate nuts?

Anyway, I'm not really satisfied with  what I had back there. Anyone of you guys are kind enough to comment and lemme know what I should order the next time when I pay a visit?

Cheers :)
